SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 5–12 business days across the United States. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. If your package has not arrived after 20 business days, contact us at contactcauvren@gmail.com.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase. Final Sale items are not eligible.

Non-Returnable Items Opened or used products, items without original packaging, flash sale items marked non-refundable, and gift cards cannot be returned.

How to Return or Exchange Email contactcauvren@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions. Refunds are processed in 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

We replace damaged, defective, or incorrect items at no extra cost. Send us photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll take care of it. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
